We love having visitors here on our farmstead in Red Hook, NY. Come visit with us, meet the flock, and pick your own eggs right from the nesting boxes - it doesn't get better than this!
Our flock is so personable and they love to interact with visitors. Spend some time hand feeding the hens, watch them roam, take pictures, learn about their habits, personalities, names, and more. Then finally - you get to pick your own eggs and fill a carton to bring home.
Visits include 2 adults, or 1 child (under 12) and 2 adults. Your visit will be a maximum of 1-hour long unless specified otherwise. All visits are weather dependent, the chickens don't feel social when it's snowing or raining! We cannot guarantee what color combination of eggs will be in the nesting boxes during your visit! Shipping costs vary depending on what State you live in. All eggs are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Special Packaging and shipping costs are calculated at chekout.

Care Instructions
Care Instructions
Since our eggs are unwashed, they are safe out of the fridge for 2 weeks. We do however ship our eggs in a thermal package, with a small ice pack as an extra precaution.
Pasture Raised
When we say pasture raised it means that our chickens have day long access to grass pasture and woodland. Chickens are omnivores and love to forage for insects, newts, snakes, and frogs - as well as fresh grass and clover of course.
Not only does this kind of freedom produce healthier, more nutritious eggs... but it also makes the chickens happy! They're very intelligent and busy animals, they hate to be bored. Foraging the land each day is naturally stimulating, interesting, and exciting for them.
